Hehehe...funny title. I have cooked masak kicap before but this time is a resepi from my friend. A little bit of upgrade..and wolaahhh the taste is very differennt and more menjilat jari. Before I forget, I better jot down some where.
Masak Kicap
Blend:
Bawang merah - 1 labu
Bawang putih - 3 ulas
Halia - 1 inci
1. Heat the pan
2. Pour oil
3. Masak the blended stuff until naik bau
4. Put 1 tea spoon of cili boh
5. Cook until naik bau
6. Pour kicap. (she only put kicap without water. If kicap pekat, add a little water)
7. Tabur bawang merah n cili api sikit.
Wahlahhh...ready...the kuah
Ikan goreng garing2 with kunyit. Then pour the kuah on top of the ikan so maintain the crunchiness of the fish. :)
* salt are unnecessary coz we put kicap
