Alharhumah Kzie
I lost my dear friend today. She was only 56 years old, not even at retirement age yet. She passed away from lung cancer, even though she didn’t smoke and seldom ate outside, let alone junk food or fast food. No fancy meals. She always cooked at home for her husband and children, simple Malay food. That habit and lifestyle were also followed by her children. No lepak mamak or fancy restaurants. And now, they cook for their parents. The kids are already grown up and working.
Maybe it was Allah’s plan for her to retire early, because she only had 3 to 4 years to relax and enjoy life before she fell sick with cancer.
Yesterday, I was scrolling through my Facebook friends list because I wanted to do some clean-up… then I realised a few of my friends on the list are already deceased. It really saddened me. I’ve reached the stage in life where people in my circle of friends are being dijemput Allah balik.
She was the kind of friend I always went to for advice and tempat meluah perasaan. Sbb dia jenis macam mak-mak. Dulu-dulu nak kahwin dengan husband yang sekarang pun, tanya Kzie. And dia kata husband tu orang yang baik. Sbb dia pun kenal.
Yesterday, I got a call at 5 o’clock in the morning while I was still in dreamland. I saw the number, my friend’s daughter. Every time her name appeared, I was already expecting bad news. And this time, it happened. She said, “Mak dah takde.” Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un.
I stared at the ceiling, speechless, even though I knew I had been expecting it. It still hit me hard. I got up and started drafting the message to inform others in the office. Another friend called; she was cooking breakfast. She also froze and couldn’t continue cooking… she went blank. Yes, it was the shocked stage, even though we knew this would come one day.
I went to the funeral. One of my friends who always handles mandikan jenazah was there. I was not strong. Even seeing her face before she was dikafankan broke me; my tears defeated me. Yesterday was the day my friend began another journey.
What are we chasing in this rat race? Death is chasing us, too. Be the smart ones.

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهَا وَارْحَمْهَا وَعَافِهَا وَاعْفُ عَنْهَا

Moga Allah ampuni , rahmati , muliakan kematiannya, lapangkan kuburnya, jadikanlah syurga sebagai ganti tempat tinggalnya dan berilah kesabaran kepada ahli keluarganya, semoga dia di tempatkan di kalangan orang-orang yang beriman.

Datang sini semula nak mengadu...sakit balik mcm tahun 2019. Tapi kali ni bukan pasal pening. Baru lepas kena influenza A. Badan betul2 knock down semula. Mula2 request antibiotik rupernya bukan bacteria. Sbb Virus. And the antibiotik really damages my stomach. The antibiotik name is Curom 625mg Sandoz. But i noticed pain killer or antibiotic I cannot really take it nowadays. It will hurt my stomach. And will start vomitting acid. I will cough empty air and acid. I feel my whole chest painful. I will be menggelupur. Allah jer tahu. Nangis jer masa tuh. Nak sembuh pulak lambat. Rasa down. Rasa stress. Doa pada Allah supaya kasihan kat saya and di angkatnya penyakit2 ni. Supaya sembuh sepenuhnya. Penat sakit. Mulut payau. Kepala pening. Doakan cepat sembuh. Seksanya sakit.

Bahan-bahan untuk buat roti
1. Tepung Gandum 300gram (lebih kurang 3 cawan)
2. Gula 70gram (around 2/3 cawan, if suka manis boleh letak 1 cawan)
3. Mentega 30gram
4. Telur sebijik
5. Yis 1 sudu besar
6. Susu segar 150ml **suhu bilik
7. Salted butter (untuk letak dalam doh roti)
Cara penyediaan:

Resipi roti yang sangat lembut dan manis dengan taburan gula serta mentega cair.
ROTI MANIS
BAHAN A
- 150ml air suam
- 1 sudu besar yis
- 1 sudu besar susu pekat
- 1 sudu besar gula
- Campurkan bahan ini sampai berbuih
BAHAN B
- 250gm tepung gandum/all purpose
- Secubit garam
- 1 sudu besar gula
- 1 sudu besar susu tepung
- 1 sudu besar water roux (1 sb tepung + 3/4 cawan air dimasak hingga agak pekat)
- Sebiji telur
BAHAN C
- 30gm butter cair

CARA MENYEDIAKANNYA:
- Campurkan bahan A dan B uli sebentar
- Selepas itu masukkan Bahan C
- Uli, baling-baling manja sampai menjadi doh menjadi elastik lebih kurang 15-20minit.
- Kalau doh melekat pada tangan, ambil sedikit tepung sapukan pada tangan. Sambung uli lagi sampai doh tidak melekat dekat bekas uli dan di tangan. Ulang-ulang langkah ini.
- Siap uli, tutup dengan kitchen towel atau plastik wrap dan letakkan dekat tempat yang hangat. Boleh letak dekat heater untuk naikkan doh dalam setengah jam, tumbuk doh buang angin. Kemudian perap lagi setengah jam sampai naik tiga kali ganda.
- Setelah siap dibahagikan doh 45gm untuk buat bentuk bulat atau lonjong ikut citarasa anda.
- Masukkan dalam loyang bakar dan rehatkan lagi biar doh naik. Rehat lebih kurang dalam 10 minit. Sebelum bakar, renjis/spray air atau sapu telur atas doh
- Selepas itu taburkan gula.
- Bakar dengan suhu 180c lebih kurang 20 – 25 minit. Ikut oven masing-masing, bakar sampai masak.
- Kemudian bakar sekejap guna api atas sahaja untuk dapatkan warna kuning atas roti.
- Lepas keluar dari oven sapukan mentega cair atas roti. Biar dia kekal lembab dan lembut.

4 cwn tepung gandum (saya guna tepung high protein )
4 sb gula kastor
1/2 sk garam
3 sb mentega
3 sb susu pekat manis
3 sb susu tepung
1 cwn air suam
1 peket mauripan
4 sb penuh tangzhong
1. kacau bersama yis, gula, susu pekat mentega dan air selama 10 minit hingga berbuih.
2. setelah 10 minit satu kan semua bahan lain.dan gaul rata. buat lubang ditengah dan tuang separuh air sambil uli sebati.
3. masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit dan uli sehingga licin dan tidak melekat di tangan. uli dalam 20 ke 30 minit. tutup bekas dengan tuala lembab dan biar selama 45 minit atau sehingga naik 2 kali ganda.
4. tumbuk perlahan untuk membuang angin. Bentukkan doh sebarang bentuk yg disukai dan tunggu hingga doh naik 2 kali ganda.
Sapu bancuhan susu, telur dan madu ke atas roti. Bakar 160-180 selama 20-25 minit bergantung kepeada oven masing-masing.
Terus sapu butter setelah keluar dari oven.

50 gram tepung roti atau tepung gandum
satukan semua bahan dalam periuk dan kacau bagi rata , masak diatas yang sedarhana dan kacau selalu dengan hand whisk supaya tidak hangus.terus mengacau hingga buih-buih kecil terbentuk dipermukaannya dan apabila dikacau dengan whisk terbentuk jaluran pada adunan.tutup api dan angkat...biarkan sejuk baru masukkan bersama dgn adunan roti tadi dan uli bersama
2. masukkan adunan water roux yg masih panas kedalam mangkuk dan bungkus dengan pelastik wrap untuk mengelakkan permukaanya mengeras,biarkan sejuk dulu baru di campurkan dengan bahan asas membuat roti
3.untuk menyimpan lebihan yer simpan dlm bekas dan tutup rapat simpan dlm peti sejuk ..bole tahan selama seminggu

Ok...all this while I thought my pancake waffle is broken. i already bought like 2 waffle makers and going to make another purchase. After sooo long the waffle maker is in the cupboard untouch because I feel devastated everytime I make waffle the waffle stick terribly to the pan. So I got fed up. Then one day afetr seeing people making waffle I feel like eating one and because of this PKP i am lazy to go to mall so I decided to try another round.

Ambil kuning telur, campur dengan satu cawan air.kacau2 dan masuk kan dalam tepung.Kacau tepung sampai sebati...dan lembut..
kemudian dalam bekas lain pukul putih telur sampai putih dan kembang.kemudian masuk kan putih telur dalam adunan tepung.

My journey to healing from dizziness, vertigo, numbness, londosis, anxiety, gerd, insomnia
I have done a lot and a lot of money being spend to try to fix my problem. Went to dr. endlessly, did the MRI, xrays, you name it. But a few things that I think works with me as I listed below.

7. Diet
No sugar. No salt. Trying to avoid fast food as possible. Consume a lot of vegetables and fruits. I noticed I can't eat coconut milk or I will get gerd.

Recipe Japanese Cotton Cheese Cake

250 gm cream cheese
50 gm butter
100 ml susu segar (fresh milk)
6 biji kuning telur
1 sudu besar jus lemon
1/4 susu kecil garam
60 gm tepung kek/tepung superfine
20 gm tepung jagung (cornflour/cornstarch)
Bahan B:
Kemudian, campurkan tepung, tepung jagung, kuning telur, garam dan jus lemon ke dalam adunan cream cheese dan gaul hingga sebati.
Campurkan adunan Bahan A tadi ke dalam adunan Bahan B yang dah gebu tu dan kacau sampai sebati. Sediakan tin/bekas kek yg bulat berukuran 8 inci, yg digriskan bawahnya dan tepi tu salut dgn kertas baking. Tuang adunan kek dalam tin kek.
Bakar kek pada suhu 160C dlm kira kira 1 jam, dengan cara bain-marie (waterbath).
