harap korang tak konfius antara cornice dan plaster ceiling (PC). kalau nak
buat PC kena amikkira ketinggian siling dan lantai.. takut nanti bila buat pc
rasa macam ada benda nak hempap kepala sbb jarak antara pc ngan kepala dekat
sangat..kalau siling tinggi sesuai le kalau siling rendah better pasang cornice
jer.. aku nak pasang jugak... pasang

What the brand of the bulb, lots of shop selling cheap but they use cheap bulb
and ballast. Check is the ballast whether got Sirim sticker on it. My neighbour
kena before those cheap bulb and ballast will fail very early.

Alhamdulilah. First thing I have to say is, thank you Allah that my husband finally agreed to buy a house. We managed to find a nice and suitable with my husband range of loan after we went for head hunting for a few already. We narrowed down our search to find a house nearby our office. Our office is in Serdang. House that is more than 30 minutes is out an option because even now I went to and fro from office from PJ. Enough of wasting petrol, toll, energy and time. We knew if we want to find a house around Bangi or Serdang it will be expensive for a double storey. Either we will combine loan for a double storey or we try to find a smaller house but it is nice and comfortable to live in. Alhamduliah, in the end we managed to find a nice on single storey with 3 bedroom house. 5 minutes to office is the best part of all. Another best part was only my husband that take up loan for the house. Everything was arranged by Allah perfectly.
We decided to do renovation for the house because it is quite warned out and the part I don't understand was, why old houses must have alot of the walls in between as a seperator. It taking up alot of space. We want to break all the walls and extend at the back to make my kitchen. I am excited for the kitchen most of all.
We decided not to do the porch yet. But we will extend a little bit to the front around 3 feet in front. Because it is one time job for retilling.
Now our head hunting is for tiles, grills, toilets stuff like sink etc, fan and lights. We KIVed kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, plaster ceiling and TV cabinet.
Oh ya, we surveyed a few contractors and Endon workers. End up, we decided to go with one of the Endons' that was suggested by the previous tenant. We decided that based on the cheapest price and the previous owner was a Chinese and he did renovation for that Chinese quite several houses and shops. Based on assumption that Chinese will not stick with a man if he did not trust and happy with his handyman work. Hoepfully. I prayed to Allah that the outcome will be nice and neat. It is quite a gamble.
Later I will update about my surveys for grill, tiles etc.

Resepi Kuih Bakar simple and sodap
BAHAN-BAHANNYA:
1 cup jus pandan (12 helai daun pandan + 200 ml air diblender atau air tambah pandan esen )
1 cup gula
2 cup tepung gandum
2 1/4 cup santan pekat ( atau 250ml santan pekat )
2 tbspoon butter
3 biji telur
1/2 teaspoon garam
pewarna hijau sekiranya guna esen pandan, kalau guna daun pandan tak perlu dah pewarna.

CARA-CARANYA:
1) daun pandan tadi dihiris dan diblender bersama 200 ml air.
2) setelah blender, tapiskan dan ambil jus pandan tersebut.
3) campurkan semua bahan-bahan tadi gula, tepung gandum, santan pekat, butter, garam, telur dan jus pandan. mix guna mixer atau blender sampai sebati.
4) sapukan sedikit minyak pada loyang dan masukkan ke dalam oven untuk beberapa minit sehingga minyak panas.
5) bila minyak dah panas, masukkan campuran tadi ke dalam loyang, taburkan bijan dan bakar pada suhu 180 degree sampai brown dan garing.

life is full
Now, my life is so haywire. I'm in a midst of moving out from ttdi apartment to a new bought house in Sri Serdang. Before we can moved in, my hubby need to settle the loan agreement and consent from the Pajabat Tanah. Very messy work. Hope Allah permudahkan everything.
Then I have renovation thingy I have to think about. The cost, design of the house, design of the window, design of the door, kitchen, where to put the store room, where to put the toilet and many more. For those that do not have money, time and space constraint, I would think this kind of job is a fun thing to do.
I pray everything will turn out to be satisfying and it will be very homely house to stay in, InsyaAllah.
