Roti Benggali with bread maker

Resepi Roti Home Made


*Air Biasa - 280ml
*Telur - 1 biji

*both must equal 280ml...try to put the egg first then the water so the measurement is more accurate.

Gula perang - 3 sudu besar
Garam - 1/2 sudu kecil
Mentega - 40 gm (Anchor / Tartura)
Susu tepung - 3 sudu besar
Tepung Ros (tepung biskut) - 100gm
Tepung High Protein - 300gm
Yis - 2 sudu teh

Cara-cara

1. Masukkan air biasa dan telur dalam bread maker
2. masukkan gula perang
3. Masukkan tepung ros, tepung high protein dan susu tepung
4. Mentega
5. Masukkan yis.

Mine is phillip bread maker so for a normal dough bread it will take until 4 hours until baking.
