I came across a cheap buffet lunch at PICC at only RM15 while searching berbuka puasa for iftar. Very cheap. The menu is malay dishes even lauk there are like 15 lauk. Other than that many varieties including bubur kacang durian, bubur pulut hitam, agar-agar and kuih. Over all worth the money.
